The Live This Life Expo is being developed by The Fort Garry Hotel, Spa and Conference Centre and will showcase over 35,000 square feet of our newly renovated exhibit space. The first annual show will be the premier lifestyle and wellness show in Manitoba.

We will create the best event experience for you - with capacity for over 80 trade exhibitors, yoga classes by some of the best teachers in North America, numerous ‘living well’ seminars, in depth workshops, healthy cooking demonstrations, and medical and aesthetic spa demonstration.
